Rooted in Community: American Arborist at Elkhorn Days Parade
At American Arborist, trees aren’t the only thing we grow—we’re growing community, tradition, and a strong sense of family.
This past weekend, we proudly took part in the Elkhorn Days Parade, a hometown favorite that celebrates everything we love about Nebraska summers. With our team, our trucks, and our young daughters in tow, we joined the festivities with full hearts (and full candy buckets).
As a local, family-owned business, it was important for us to show up not just as arborists, but as neighbors. We rode, we waved, we high-fived, and yes—we handed out plenty of sweet treats to kids along the route. Watching our daughters light up while sharing in the fun was a special reminder of why we do what we do: to build something lasting for the next generation.
Big thanks to everyone who came out, waved, cheered, or simply smiled as we passed by. Events like these are why we’re proud to call Elkhorn home.
